Memoir Buckman does not offer parking on-site. However, we are happy to assist you with alternative parking options nearby through our concierge services.

Leasing Information
The application process is simple! Complete our online application, submit the required documents (ID, proof of income), and pass a credit and background check. Our leasing team can guide you through the process. Get in touch.
We offer flexible lease terms, ranging from 6-15 months.
Rent includes access to all amenities, including onsite concierge, rooftop pool deck, secure bicycle storage, and 24/7 fitness studio. Utilities like water, electricity, and gas are billed separately.
Standard fees include an application fee, security deposit, and pet deposit (if applicable).
Community Policies
We allow up to two pets per apartment, with a one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent. Breed restrictions may apply – contact the leasing office for details.
All residents must maintain renters insurance with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage. Proof of insurance is required before moving in. We partner with Foxen to include renters’ insurance if the resident does not provide a separate policy.
