We provide Studio, One-BedroomTwo-Bedroom, and Three-Bedroom apartments in a historic warehouse on Julia Street. 


Constructed in the 1840s, 420 Julia once served as a private home, a storage warehouse, and the Louisiana Children’s Museum (now in City Park).

Chapter IV: Warehouse District

The Warehouse District was originally founded in the 19th century to store goods passing through the Port of New Orleans. After the 1984 World’s Fair, the neighborhood was revitalized and transformed into the cultural and artistic hub it is today.
