All units have laundry machines and a starter pack of detergent from Public Goods. ADA rooms include a washer/dryer duo unit.
Some units at Memoir Warehouse District feature desks, while guests also have complimentary access to the co-working space at Common House. Private workspaces can be reserved through the Common House concierge team.
Yes, packages can be received at Memoir Warehouse District. You will be notified upon arrival. Though availability may vary, grocery deliveries can also be coordinated with the Concierge team.

When staying in one of Memoir Warehouse District's apartment-style hotel rooms, guests will be charged a $20 daily destination fee (up to $100) which includes: premium guest internet access, two bottled waters at check-in, access to Common House (a private social club), 24-7 access to our state-of-the-art fitness center, and access to our rooftop pool.
Yes, the rooftop pool, operated by Common House, is available for guests and is open daily from 8am to 10pm.
Yes, Memoir Warehouse District has a courtyard area and a pool and pool bar on the roof of the building. These spaces are operated by Common House and are not pet-friendly.
Memoir Warehouse District guests have access to Common House New Orleans, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner:

Yes. The gym is operated by Common House and is located on the second floor and is open 24/7. Guests have access to free weights, Peloton bikes, and treadmills.
Reservations for Common House are recommended, but not required. For parties larger than six people, please email: conciergenola@commonhouse.com.
No, Memoir Warehouse District does not have a dedicated game room; however, guests are welcome to bring their own games to enjoy during their stay.

Parking & Transportation
Recommended self-parking is available at 860 Magazine St., New Orleans, LA 70130 (get directions), managed by Metropolis, and is typically $30 per day. Scan and pay for parking before leaving the lot. For weekly and monthly subscriptions, please contact the concierge team 48 hours prior to your arrival.
No, Memoir Warehouse District does not have car charging stations on-property.

Pets
Yes, Memoir Warehouse District is pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs per apartment with a weight limit of 75 pounds per pet.
For stays under 30 nights, a $75 pet fee applies. For stays over 30 nights, there is a one-time $350 pet fee plus a $30 monthly fee starting after the first month. Pets must be caged or penned when left unattended in the guestroom.
No other animals (including mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents, amphibians, arachnids, or insects) are allowed anywhere in the apartment or apartment community, even temporarily.
Spaces operated by Common House (including the courtyard area and pool/pool bar) are not pet-friendly.
Co-Working Space & Meetings/Events
Memoir Warehouse District does not have a fax machine or a business center. However, if guests require assistance with printing, our concierge team is happy to help using our office printer. Printing is available in black and white only.
